Black History Bowties

Review: I ordered a set of 3 bow ties from them that claim "one size fits all." While the tie "fits" the quality of the material as well as the actual size of the bow tie are deficient. Too small for an adult to wear and does not represent the "pictured size" on the site. I have been told (as per the site and an email) that refunds are not given for dissatisfaction with the product, only if it were damaged en route.Desired Settlement: I paid $19.99 per tie for 3 ties. I would like a full refund (including shipping) for my purchase. Total of $64.97 includes $5.00 for shipping.
