Review: I placed an order with this company for overnight delivery of three priducts and have never recieved them. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails. The company has never responded.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund for my purchase

Review: PLACED ORDER ONLINE WITH COMPANY ON JUNE **, 2013...RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM COMPANY THAT ORDER RECEIVED AND HAS BEEN SHIPPED, ALL IN ONE EMAIL ON JUNE **, 2013. MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED FOR THE ORDER. NO TRACKING INFORMATION WAS INCLUDED IN EMAIL FROM COMPANY SO I TELEPHONED THE COMPANIES CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ON JUNE **, 2013 AND LEFT A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE WITH MY QUESTION. I WAITED A COUPLE MORE DAYS...STILL NO RESPONSE. I TELEPHONED AGAIN, AS WELL AS SENT A EMAIL TO COMPANY. TO THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPSONSE FROM THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT, AS OF NOW EVEN KNOW IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPPED OR NOT. I REQUESTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER ON JUNE **, 2013 BUT STILL DID NOT RECEIVE RESPONSE FROM COMPANY.Desired Settlement: MAKE OTHER CONSUMERS AWARE OF THIS COMPANIES PRACTICES SO THAT OTHERS ARE NOT TREATED THIS WAY. I WOULD LIKE MY PURCHASE PRICE TO BE REFUNDED.

Review: Made a purchase from the Black Hair Wigs Company , by debit card on 7/**/2013 in the amount of $79.98. I received confirmation that the payment was with drawn from my bank, but have not receives the goods. I contacted the company by phone and email with not response.Desired Settlement: The business should produce the products that they advertises and except payment for.

Review: I ordered a wig from their website. The order was placed on June **. I paid through my paypal account. The money and transaction have been completed an I have not received an email stating when item is going to be delivered. I have called several times, and it states" please hit 0 for customer service, music plays and then please leave a message and someone will get back to you". No one has otten back to me. I have sent several emails and I get "[redacted] mailbox is full: retry timeout exceeded" & "delivery failed: returning message to sender". I am out of my money and no response has been given to me if and when I will receive my product . I have spoken to a Paypal representative and they have stated that the transaction is complete which means they have their money and I can't do anything until 7 days. Unacceptable!! This is terrible business. Most companies don't finalize taking payment out of your account until the item is shipped.

Review: On Aug **, 2013 I order a Half Wig from Black Hair Wigs. My debit card was charged for the product, but I have yet to receive the product after 15 days. I have contacted the company via email (which comes back as undeliverable) and through phone calls (in which no one ever answers) and you are told to leave a voice message, which is never returned. I wish I had been aware of the previous complaints about this company. So this could have been avoided.Desired Settlement: I wish for a refund, and I would like this site to be shut down so others can not be scammed.
