Review: I placed an order on February [redacted] and received the items that I was waiting for. Upon receipt of the 2 tee shirts, I called beginning on February [redacted] shortly after receiving the shirts and left voice messages as well as several email messages to [redacted] to inquire about exchanging for a larger size. On March [redacted], I called again and someone by the name of [redacted] answered and told me that she would be speaking with her supervisor on how to issue a refund and/or exchange and she asked me to email her directly to [redacted] and that she would be right back in touch with me that same day. Since then, I had tried to call and at one point their voice mail would not allow me to leave a message. I again sent several emails and no one has contacted me. I was able to leave another voice message this past Tuesday, March [redacted] and no return call or email yet.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a full refund. The customer satisfaction and communications with this organization is unacceptable and I do not wish to order with them again.
