Review: The school has been having phone line issues for a year now that has not been resolved.

1st. issue, phone ringing on an ongoing basis and when answered there is no one at the other end.

2nd. issue, The fax machine isnt working for in coming fax and this is due to that when the techs come in to check on the lines they have somehow compromised the fax line aswell. This has also been addressed to Black Box.Desired Settlement: We need this issue to be repair promptly and to our satisfaction.
