I hired BKJ Paving to replace my driveway at my home. They damaged my foundation and never came back.I hired BKJ Paving Contractors to replace my driveway. While removing my old driveway they smashed into the foundation of my home creating extensive damage. They never came back to repair the damage or finish the driveway leaving it a mess right before winter. Now there is water coming into my basement. While trying to put a claim against their general liability insurance I was informed they claimed it was like that before they began working. Now I have no driveway and a damaged foundation after already paying them $1200 down payment for the job.Desired SettlementI want a refund for the down payment as they never did the quoted job. I also want them to take responsibility for the extensive damage they caused.
