I did not receive some mounting hardware with a batwing I purchased recently. I contacted them with pictures of what I received. They promptly sent me pictures of how the mounting is supposed to be. They even went the extra mile to make sure I was sent all of the correct mounting hardware. I should receive it within the next 4 days.
the product did not come with any kind of instructions
the product has no instructions how is a person able to install with not knowing how to install purchase on 6/8/2019 item # XXXXXXXXXXXX paid 206.00 visa
just need some instructions on how to in stall and cant reach anybody
Ordered a batwing for my 2015 dyna wide glide Harley Davidson and it does match up to mount and there is no way of fabricating it to work
The batwing I ordered off of your company doesn't work and I'm sending it back for my money back

Unable to obtain proper communications with comoany about information on my order
I ordered a set of saddle bags and lids and a rear fender from this company after 3 days the owner benny chu emailed me staying the lids I ordered were no longer in stock and had another option he sent pictures and I agreed 3 days later I received a package containing my fender and that was it I emailed mr chu back saying that I did not receive my bags or lids he replied 2 days later saying the bags and lids are no longer in stock. I replied asking if he had other options never heard back for several days finaly got a reply saying he would refund my money for the bags and lids. I sent a reply saying I didnt want the refund but I wanted to know what options he had in stock. It is now going on 5 days and I have yet to hear back. There is no phone number for the company therfore I can not personally talk to anyone to resolve the issue
My requested resolution is for someone to call me and tell me what is in stock so i can get what i paid for a 5 minute phone call explaining what is in stock and available would have settled this 3 weeks ago.
