BJ'S Wholesale Club

Bjs open an account without authorization. The register requested my info from my wife after ringing my merchandise. At the end, the system indicated no money was necessary. My wife asked one of the rep if the system automatically set up an account. She indicated if it did, we could cancel. I told her that the process was illegal on 4/29/2019 my wife called the company the manager on the phone tried to turned the process on my wife. Bjs has an illegal way of establishing account and they should be held accountable. It’s illegal.
