I reached out for a quote for service and I was quoted a price 2X than a friend of mine who got the same quote. I had BJ's recommended to me from a friend for some work on my truck. That friend reached out and asked for a quote for plugs to be changed on a 2006 F-150. He was given a quote. I reached out to verify the quote and failed to receive an answer. When I posted a negative review the company threatened me with "let the games begin" and proceeded to harass me online. They admitted they jacked the price up because I was acting like a "whiny child" when all I wanted was a quote.
