Bison Exterminators

I was scheduled for my 4th treatment on warranty from Bison Exterminators (Richard) phone (431 996-3225) (Bison Exterminators Inc.) for the day of September 14, 2020 as the problem with cockroaches in my apartment is not resolved. Three fumigations were scheduled, paid for and completed. The 4th treatment was on warranty (90 days past the 3rd treatment) The 3 treatment dates paid for were scheduled for as follows:
Treatment #1 July 31 or Aug 1 or 3 (2020
Treatment #2 August 14 or 15 or 17 (2020)
Treatment #3 August 28 or 29 or 31 (2020)
Richard was a no show for treatment #4 on warranty as seen on invoice ***. He did not honour the warranty. I would like full payment back for the amount of $315.00. Please look into this matter and retrieve my money.
