Review: On June [redacted] 2015 my car it is an Audi 2001 broke down and I went to the closest shop available, B & Q Repairs Inc. It's been there for 5 weeks, I signed a contract to change the engine. It's presently there and they are unable to repair the car and they keep on telling me it's ready and every time I go there it's never ready. The car is in poor condition and now other parts are broken. There are scratches and dented, the motor's not working, the engine check light is always on. When I try to test drive the vehicle they want me to pay if I want to drive it. There are loose wires and it's never going to be able to pass inspection.Desired Settlement: I want to take the car to another shop and I don't believe I should be paying them when the car is not working and I want to be able to tow the car to someplace that has knowledge. There are too many problems with the car and I don't believe it's fair I have to pay for the repair when they haven't fixed anything. By being in the shop so long the muffler isn't working, the check engine light is on, there are dents and scratches, there are hanging wires, the car is not at a drive able condition
