Made a down payment for the purchase of a car on Jan 31st repairs were to be made on car. As of the day of this complaint I have not received the car
The finance company is wanting me to pay for a car I never received saying the dealer is the only one who can void contract. I have sent them text of the dealer saying they had to send car off for repairs, but he is telling them the car is ready, I just want money back and move on!!!

Bought truck and within 3 weeks check engine light and will not run. Took to dealer who "claimed" they would fix it. 3 trips back still won't run.

Band-aided the truck and check engine light and all warning lights back on within 15 miles of dealership. Turned around and took back. Three days later picked up truck, 30 miles down the road all lights and warnings back on. Took it back a third time, within 3 days same issues all over again. This time they recommended that I "trade it in on a new vehicle". I requested refund and they said it was not an option. I am not happy paying for a truck that I have not driven more than 3-4 weeks the entire time I have owned it. I have also found in the research of this vehicle that this was a known issue and was in the dealership prior to me buying it. This was not disclosed to me.
