Trial offer required S % H only and no mention of an additional full price after 15 day if not cancelled.
Ordered a trial order without being informed that the trial would turn into a subscription if not cancelled in 14 days from date of order. Calls to resolve with Customer service only yielded a return of 1/2 the cost for the full subscription. I haven't received the refund so I can't even be sure they will honor
A full refund of $79.97
After reading over Ms. complaint, we would like to offer an apology for her experience. We successfully located an account for her and can confirm that her trial for our product started on April 21st for the cost of shipping at $4.95. After her trial period ended, she was then added to our subscription list and billed for the 30-day supply of our products which were initially shipped out to her. The terms and conditions of our trial are explained on our website but we are very sorry if there were any misunderstandings. Our records show that when Ms. called us on May 24th, she agreed to keep the products and receive a partial refund on her order. However since Ms. is not satisfied, we have refunded her for the remainder of her order, which makes her total reimbursement $79.97. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for this to reflect back onto your account. We hope that this satisfies your complaint and would like to again offer our sincerest apologies for the trouble this has caused.

Company collected payment on an autopsy schedule without delivering products or notifying me.
This company enrolled me in an autopsy service without properly notifying me or delivering products consistently. When I reached out to get in touch with them to resolve the issue, the customer service rep was not helpful or clear in identifying herself. I was given her ID number so rapidly that I couldn't understand it before she terminated the call.
I would like to terminate the auto pay schedule and receive a refund for the products I never received.

After reading Ms. complaint, we regret to see the displeasure you have with our company. Our company has adapted to the monthly subscription model due to popular demand. Once you place your order with us, you are given a 14-day trial to see how you like our product for only the price of shipping and handling. After this period of time if you don't call to cancel, you are enrolled into our program and set to receive new shipments every 30 days. Our terms and conditions are listed on our website but we do apologize if there was any misunderstanding here.
Upon looking further into her account with us, we can confirm that Ms. started her trial period on December 29, 2018 for the shipping costs of $4.95 and $4.98. After her trial period ended on January 13, 2019, she was charged for the full sized products sent to her, for $79.97 and $69.94, and added to our subscription program. Our data shows that Ms. gave us a call to cancel her account on February 15, 2019, after her second shipment was set to be sent out; she was consequently advised to give us a call after her second shipment was received so that we could assist her with her refund upon sending the product back to us. We have searched the tracking numbers for each of those shipments and they have both been confirmed as delivered, they will be provided below.
We greatly value customer contentment so we have issued refunds for the January and February shipments, totaling in a $309.75 reimbursement; those refunds should be credited back into her account in about 7-19 business days. Furthermore, her account was cancelled when she spoke with us - therefore, we can confirm that it is indeed cancelled at this time. We hope that this settles Ms. complaint and sincerely regret that she was not satisfied with the level of customer service she received initially as we aim to always provide pleasant customer service experiences. We offer our sincerest apology to you.

I'd like my money back, minus shipping for the bottles. And close them down! They're scamming people, being deceptive in their selling and description of their "offer".

I never ordered an item from them. When I called to complain they will only refund 70% percent. My account is overdrawn because of them.
Called on the 11th. My bank also tried on the 11th but they refuse to release the pending charge

5/19/18. This company illegally stole money from my acct. 2 amounts were deducted from my acct.69.94$ and 79.97$. I called them and they told me they would not give my money back for products that are useless to me.

Signed up for free trial and was charged over $150.00 but was not notified by email or regular mail.
When you sign up for the free trial there is no statement saying you have to call to cancel so I emailed them to have a record of my cancellation. I was charged the full amount of the product in February and in March with no email or regular mail to let me know they were charging the full price. This company took over $300.00 from my account and I had no idea they were doing it until I received another shipment in the mail almost two months after I ordered the "free trial".
I will accept the responsibility of the first charge on February 23rd because I should have called and emailed them (and I should have seen it on my bank account to call them back then) but I would like to have the charges for March returned to my account. $150.00.
