I had a free trial and after the free trial it was like 30dollars now it's over 50 to 80 dollars I try calling them can't talk to no one
I don't want no money back but just want to stop the subscription to this please

Do Not buy this product. This is a huge bait and switch and will cost you $366 before you know it. They sucker you in to a $9.99 purchase, then ship you two bottles that if not returned in 14 days they charge you over $88 per bottle! Then charge you again and ship you more.

Biggest bait and switch I have ever experienced. I think this is unethical it is so bad. Other online retailers are so customer friendly, this one is absolutely the worst. I urge you to pass. By the way, it doesn't work either...

It was a deal where you pay shipping only which was 10 dollars and then they wanted to charge another 88 dollar per month which I did not sign up for
So we ordered this doing as the order says for a trial pay shipping and handling which was $9.99 not $88.31 and that's what we were charged that's why we are disputing this .the trial was supposed to be the $9.99 and then they wanted to keep billing me 88.31 if I hadn't of call and cancel it .I want my $88.31 back the product on top of that didn't even work ??? I can see paying the $9.99 .and when I called to notify them they were very rude and hung up on me then tried to call back again like I was suppose to answer.Thank you

I sent them an email to have them remove me from mailing and they continue to send me product.
I sent them an email to get off their mailing list and they continue to charge my credit card.

Cannot connect to customer service.
11/12/19 thru present unable to cancel account using their arcane method to do so.

I ONLY RECIEVED A PACKING SLIP BUT WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO CANCEL IN 14 DAYS THEY CHARGED ME 176 PLUS DOLLARS .THERE IS NO SMALL PRINT TELLING IN 14 DAYS I NEED TO CANCEL OR BE CHARGED FULL PRICE.AND PRODUCT KEPT ME AWAKE ALL NIGHT AFTER ***.

Their website has, to claim your free trial rush my bottle (of Biovirexagen). As I was making the order for 1 bottle of Biovirexagen another bottle popped up of Primagenise No. 2 Booster. I did not order that and continued to check out. When I got there both bottles were in the order and I could not delete the second bottle. They charged me a total of $13.90 shipping for both bottles. It was a 14 day trial before auto ship and charge would start. I ordered on Nov.12th, checked the tracking number and the order sat at the Tampa, Fl. distribution center for at least 11 days. I received the package on Nov.25, so 13 days of the free trail had passed before I had the product. At the end of the free trial they auto ship both bottles as a regular order. One bottle cost $88.28 and the other bottle cost $88.31. I called them and asked for a supervisor and she would not refund my money. She just kept repeating about the 14 day trial. She did'nt care that it took 13 days to get to me. I could not find a business name anywhere, only sellers of the product. And the phone number they gave me in the email is a non-working number. They even have that phone number on the bottle label.
