This company used a promotion of the product to draw people in to try it, false advertisement. They have another shipping or supply company to fill the order Aquil Labs 3201 W Hillborough Ave Suite 153201 Tampa Florida 33684 Contacting these people they no nothing about it do not have a phone no or address although it was shipped from there address they have a responsability to have that information if they do business with them. They take part in the SCAM. The information I have on my invoice. Order # XXXXXXX shipping # XXXXX slsord # XXXXXX ref# XXXXXXX shipped by Aquil labs Shipping #XXXXX I am 80 yrs old and I do not have extra money I have health problems heart surgery and diabetic and hoping this would helpme lose some weight. I need my money refunded. My wish would be that these kind of people where not able to scam people; loose the ability to be on the computer this wont happen so make them pay back what the steal plus compunsation.

I found their no. after many calls.

After many calls I found their phone no. the phone no. that you had 844-398-2948 did not reach them, said it was a wrong no. I reached the customer service for Keto Weight Loss at 1-800-938-8122. They found my record, I said I wanted a refund of my money, they offered $50.00 I said I wanted full an they said ok and gave me a return no XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX after they receive product, it will be about 6-8 . The man I talked to was Kerry don't know if I trust them

Well im just finding out that this company, "AQUIL LABS" lured me in by Sharktanks name leading me into believing I was getting the actual product Sharktank endorsed. Im ***. I spent $200 for a 7 month supply and so far a week into it I have lost NOTHING. THESE PROBABLY DONT EVEN HAVE ANY KETO IN THEM! WHAT CAN I DO?

Cancelled on the 14th day and they only refunded mme 50% of $400
Paid by debit card and they only refunded me 50% bc I didnt cancel prior to 14 days but cancelled on the 14th day. Did not like or want the product and offered to mail ot back to them. Even the supervisor would not budge.

The first order was from Ut.#(844-398-2948), Matrix Muscle called and no order number and have a nice day. 9-7-18 and 10-8-18 was from Ca.#(866-452-2904) Finely Tuned Greens and then again on 11-5-18, and 12-5-18 this time Ca.#(855-370-3913) Pure Healing Approach. A grand total of 5 hits to my account at 79.99 a pop. I can't stop it because they keep saying there's no record, but seem that have some info or wouldn't be billing my account. I want it stopped

I initially ordered this Daily Choice Oil. I tried it and it did not work. I called and cancelled a few months ago. Now I got another delivery. After ordering and trying the oil I found it did not work. I had made a request to stop sending. Still more has arrived. I want the shipments stopped and money refunded.

This company is Shady, I refuse a package unopened sent it back they never credited me my $94 I received another package called them told them to end the subscription they tried to make three different offers that I refused. Then he says he cannot find the refused package listed all of a sudden he did and now they say they're going to credit me within 6 to 10 business days so $94 will see said he was going to send me an email to of our conversation haven't received it yet. This is a horrible company it's full of trickery and shadiness don't buy from them!

March 2018 I ordered CBD Oil.The ad stated it was a free trial offer plus $4.95/shipping.Every month they charge 99.33 to my credit card for 8 mo now
On or about March 1, 2018 I responded to an advertisement on FaceBook for a Free Trial Offer of CBD peppermint oil at the request of a family member. The Ad stated Free Trial offer + $4.95 for shipping. The oils kept coming to the house for 8 months. I have not used them. I called on 10/11/18 and spoke with "Seth" a customer service representative at the telephone number listed in the package: 844-329-6206 and asked WHY they keep sending. I also asked how much is a bottle of the oil because there is no mention of price in the paperwork either. Seth informed me it is $99.33 per month! I contacted my credit card company and informed them I did not order additional bottles of the oil. They have filed a dispute on my behalf, but, recommended I contact the Revdex.com as well as the Federal Trade commission, which I intend to do next. This company is scamming people and should be stopped! I am requesting a refund of all charges put on my credit card.

Their product does not deliver the result they claim it does.
I ordered a hemp oil product from this company. I understood that I could cancel shipments at any time. After 2nd shipment, I called them to cancel all future shipments. The woman I talked to tried really hard to talk me into not canceling, but I was adamant that I wanted to cancel. She said the shipments would stop but they have not. There have been 3 more orders since my call and now their phone number doesn't work.

I want the shipments to stop and money refunded. I called their number today but the phone goes dead as soon as the call goes through.

I was able to find a phone number that was answered. They acknowledged that I had called to cancel this order in May but continued to sent a shipment in August and September. And charged my account 79.90 x 2. I do not completely believe them but they say that my account will be credited in 7 to 10 days.

Back in December of 2017 my husband convinced me to try this company's hemp oil to deal with my chronic pain. So I ordered a trial order for $5.99 got it, hated it and cancelled it. Then I began seeing charges on my credit card from the company Prohub for $79.99. Charging me for the trial sample and another bottle that I didn't even receive until 17 days after the charge in which I marked returned to sender. I made several calls to this company to cancel and receive refund, customer service people were rude and even hung up on me. I called my bank and they helped me disputed one of the charges. Now eight months later it is happening again. Without any promoting from me I received a bottle in the mail in which I opened because I didn't know what was in the package. As soon as I saw this horrible product I tried calling the number listed on my credit card statement. Oddly enough it was not listed under Prohub this time but Healthy winds of Change (844-389-3646). I told the man I had a charge and did not order it but conveniently he could not find an account number related to me then he hung up. CSR cussed me out then this company billed me for 3 bottles of the CBD oil and I only received 2.
I ordered the trial CBD oil for $4.95 in March 2018 (which was supposed to be for the shipping only). I called to cancel the product because I didnt have time to try the product. Apparently they didn't cancel my order. Then I received my April statement and I was billed $94.38 for the CBD oil that I cancelled. I called customer service to cancel again. They told me to return the CDB oil with RMA# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX but I would not get a refund. They then shipped me a new product of CBD oil. On May 2 2018 they charged another $99.33 on my credit card. I called AGAIN and Ann said my order was definitely cancelled on 5/31/18. At this time I only have 2 bottles of the CBD oil. I have been billed for 3. So I did not return the CBD oil with the RMA # they provided. At this point I should have 3 bottles of the CBD oil if their billing was correct. I call back and Mr. Mark P. (which I don't believe was his real name) answered the phone. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. He told me his company didnt have any supervisors or managers. I told him the issue I was having. And I also asked him how did a company not have a Supervisor or Manager? At this point hes getting very irritated with me and mouthy. So I told him I would talk with the Revdex.com. He called me a ***, said to *** Off and hung up on me. I have never in my life had a customer service rep talk to me like that. To be honest I was speechless. So I just hung up and decided I would turn it in to the Revdex.com.

I also had to call my bank to make sure they didn't charge my card anymore. This company also goes by the name of* and I believe there are a few other names. As my card was charged under a few different names. Something fishy about that.

I would like the CSR to be talked to by someone in upper management. He needs to realize he cant talk to people like that. I don't really want him to lose his job. However, in all of my 43 years I have never been spoken to like that from a Customer Service Rep. Makes me wonder if this company is a legitimate company. I would also like a refund of $99.33 for my charge on my May statement. I cancelled this order 3 times. I was billed for 3 bottles of the CBD oil and I only received 2. Im not asking for all of my money back. I agree to the trail offer of $4.95 (for shipping only). And I will even agree to pay the $94.38 for the second bottle of CBD oil (even though I cancelled it with Ann). But the May charge for $99.33 should definitely be refunded. I have no product and again I had cancelled order.

I have been trying since February 2018 to get my $94.00 and $4.95 and this crooked company is telling me they have sent me a refund, but I have never gotten it. Which they know. They told me I would have to dispute it with my bank. I did, but then this crooked company disputed my dispute. And after I got off the phone with this crooked company they say I am now "blacklisted"! So, I just paid them all this money for absolutely NOTHING!!! BIO SCIENCE LABS are a bunch of crooks!!!

I signed up for a free trial offer. I didn't like the product. bio science kept billing me for product I did not order.

on march 6 2018 ordered a free bottle of cbd oil for $4.95 shipping and a free bottle of capsules for $19.95. on march 26 2018 $94.38 was taken out of my checking account without my approval. on april 6 2018 19.95 was taken out without my approval. on april 23 2018 $99.33 was taken out without my approval. on april 23 2018 I saw these withdrawals and called the company. after a time talking to a rep. they refunded 70% ($69.53)for one bottle of oil. aggreeing to keeping the bottles they had aready shipped and one on the way. the rep. told me the second bottle of oil was shipped sunday april 22 2018 which was pending on the checking account and was paid on the 23rd a.m. I was left with the thought that the 2nd bottle I was to receive was also to be reduced 70%. twelve days later may 3rd I called to request a full refund on the bottle I did not receive. well I was told it was shipped the 25th of april and if I wanted a 30% refund I should return the bottle after it was delivered. now with two bottles of oil if the 2nd one gets here i'm out 129.00 for this ***. this seems to have been going on for some time from the ratings they have been given. the 14 day *** and unauthorized payment needs to stop. the sooner these people are ran out of town the better. I still expect $69.53 returned to my account and the 2nd bottle of oil that is said to be in transit. this company pulls money from the account as total wellness.

Company advertizes a 14 day free trial of their CBD product. What they don't tell you, except buried in their terms and conditions, is that if you don't cancel before the end of the 14 day trial, you will automatically be enrolled in their auto ship and be charged $99.33 a month. I have told them I only wanted the trial bottle, cancel the auto ship and refund my money. They have canceled the auto ship but refuse to refund my money. The order # involved is XXXXXX. They have refunded my husbands acct but absolutely refuse to refund mine. Is it because I'm a Woman? Since ordering from them, I have discovered, they have trapped many people this way. I have tried for over two weeks to get my money back to no avail. they tell me to be patient. I think they have had long enough.

I signed up for a free trial to try their product and was to pay S&H only. I was billed $94.38 ALONG with the S&H charge. This was not made clear.
I signed up for a FREE TRIAL that was supposed to only cost me $4.95 in S&H. Evidently, somewhere hidden and not even sure where, I agreed to being charged $94.38 for a FREE TRIAL. This happened online and the transaction date on my bank debit card was 3/19/18 and came through as a transaction for PowerMaxPro, which does not match the company or product. This was to try a sample of CBD Hemp oil used for pain management.

I order their product for 4.95 and within 10 days they had charged my bank account 94.65 for a "subscription " that they said I signed up for.
They made an unauthorized debit to my checking account for 94.65. This was an unexpected charge and not mention in their ad that I had responded to for their product. The product was 4.95, but nothing about a "subscription " for 94.65. I immediately called the bank to stop the money from being paid. I had to get a new debit card to stop further transactions. I also did a search on the company and was finally able to enlarge the phone number they had on their product and called asking for a refund. Basically I was told they had my money and it was just too bad. If I had the bank call them they would give a refund. Of course they knew the bank wouldn't call.

The company didn't respond to me. My bank did return my money and are still investigating the business. They reserve the right to remove my refund at this point. The company is a complete scam and needs to have legal action taken against them.

They advertised a free sample, just pay $4.95 shipping. I paid that upfront with my credit card. I then seen a charge on my credit card of $95. with no explanation from them. When I contacted the number on my credit card billing they informed me that I was supposed to send the unused product back within a certain amount of time if I didn't like the product. I didn't like the product but didn't know to send it back. When contacted they agreed to take off $71. but I would have to pay the rest. I had thrown the product away so I was stuck. I feel like I was taken advantage of for not ordering more product..

I place an order for a bottle of CBO for $4.95.
Today I received and additional charge for 98.00
for additional orders.
I was told that I was suppose to call back after my first order and cancel. I was not aware of this.
