I ordered and received a free sample of Complete CBD Oil. I then received 2 more (unauthorized)
bottles and was billed $79.99 each.
On September 21, 2017, I ordered a free sample of CBD Complete Oil advertised on Facebook for
$5.99 shipping charges, charged to my VISA. It came, and I thought that was the end of it. (It shows up on the September statement as "USA Bodyhealth".)
My November statement showed 2 additional charges to "24 Hour Care" for $79.99 each. I tracked down these 2 companies to CBD Complete Oil and called them on November 27th at XXX-XXX-XXXX. I spoke with Justin and explained that I only wanted the sample. He told me that my continuing shipments were mentioned in the Terms and Conditions. He refused to refund any of my money and ended up hanging up on me after I accused him of running a scam.
I checked the Revdex.com and found 2 other similar complaints, and a Revdex.com rating of D+.
Refund or credit on my VISA bill.

Advertisement did not mention anything about auto ship after free trail.
In September 2017, I ordered a bottle of Complete CBD Oil on a free trail promotion. I did not realize until I received a third bottle that something was wrong. I checked my bank statements and sure enough I was charged $5.99 shipping in Sept.2017 $79.99 in Sept, $79.99 in Oct and $79.99 in Nov. When I called the credit union they couldn't find an address or phone number for the company. They did file a dispute for me.
I have two unopened bottles I would kindly return to them when they send me instructions. Then I would like a refund for the Sept. free trial bottle that I paid $79.99 for, Oct and Nov charges of $79.99 each for a total of $239.97. There is no phone number or address to contact the company at on the advertisement.

I apparently did not see/read the fine print. The company was good enough to refund my money even though it was my mistake.
I responded to a Facebook add (shame on me) for the product, free except for $5.99
for S/H. That is all! Now the company is charging my credit card for $79.99 per month for nothing. I did NOT sign up for any ongoing anything! I called the phone# XXX-XXX-XXXX and spoke with 'Roberto' who told me he had already been paid $79.99 and could give me a 30%, then 50% refund but Not 100%. He just gave me the run-around. I have filed a dispute/fraud report with my credit card company and with the Attorney General cyber crime unit.
At my age, at any age, this really gives me pain. I am on a fixed income and hate having to admit that I have BEEN SCAMMED.
Thank you for your attention to my complaint and I hope they go bankrupt and cannot hurt other people.

Refund it would be wonderful to be refunded 100% of the $79.99. I would like the company banned and shut down. If my complaint can save someone else this heartburn, that would be a bonus.

The company did not offer me 100% credit when I spoke to them on the phone, and the CSR was rude and argumentative. I cannot find their supposed email of confirmation in my files.
They have credited one charge of $79.99 but the other charge of $79.99 from 11/11 is still on this month's bill. If they credit that also I will be satisfied; if not, I will reopen my complaint.
Thank you so much for your assistance with this, I really appreciate it.
Sincerely...*** R. *** 12/22/17
Brenda S. is correct on her review of this company. This company is scamming unsuspecting customers out of way more than the $5.99 trial price. They do hide their "secret" subscription in the Terms and Conditions link, which you would never think to click on when you were being sold a simple discounted trial.
Here is their terms which are not promoted and are hard to find:
IF ORDERING THE TRIAL OFFER: You must pay a shipping and processing fee of $4.95 for us to send you a full 30 day supply of Isolate Direct CBD. We ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). You will have 10 days to try the product plus 5 days for shipping, for a total of 15 days from your original order date to see if Isolate Direct CBD is right for you. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 15 days, you must call us at and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing-we will bill you $92.89 for your initial order, and every thirty days thereafter we will send you a new 30-day supply of our product, and automatically bill you the low price of $92.89 plus $4.95 shipping for a total of $97.84. To cancel automatic delivery and billing, call us at or email us during normal business hours: .
Shipping
All packages are shipped USPS first class mail. Packages will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
Refund Policy
You do not need to return your product in order to obtain a refund, but we ask that you do in good faith, if possible. In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone. If returning your product, obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days of the date you originally ordered the product. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3 to 5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
This company offers a free trial and hids the real price for the product in the lengthy terms & conditions which you cannot see until you click box.
The free trial requires a shipping/handling charge so they get your credit card info. I ordered on 10/15/2017. When it arrived, there was nothing in the package as far as who it was sent by, an invoice, instructions-nothing except the product. You could not call them if you wanted to, I actually did not open the product because I wanted to talk to my doctor first since I am on numerous medications and had concerns.
I called the customer cr on the credit card charge-apparently in the fine print in the terms and conditions I agreed to a 14 day trial before my credit card was charged for $79.99. I did not even see the fine print, apparently it is in the form of a check box. These people look you up by address-there is no account number or order number because there is no email confirmation or receipt that comes with the product.
Customer care is actually a third party, they could not even tell me who the business is that sent the product to me. They immediately offered a 35% discount and then a 50% discount if I agreed to drop it. I said no and said that I was going to dispute the charges, I was told that they would win because I checked the box. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves, they said I should read the terms and conditions. I asked them to send them to me, they told me they couldn't, they could not even tell me where/which website I ordered from.
This is deceptive to the consumer, I believe there is another product being handled like this called Pure Natural CBD Oil that is working the same way. It is in FL as well. There are probably more.
This is a gotcha scam. I would have never ordered had I seen the actual terms & conditions.
I would love to get law enforcement involved.
Complete refund. Chang in advertising to fully disclose the cost and terms of the transaction where the consumer can see them.

Thank you for your response, I was not notified that a full refund was provided (5 days ago)
Although I disagree with some of facts in the response from the company, I do appreciate the full refund.
Unsatisfactory business dealings concerning their CBD product. Misrepresentation of sample product as opposed to 30 day supply not made clear.
In contacting the company questioning a charge to my bank account... I was told that I should have called to cancel my membership 11 hours before so that I would not have been charged the $79.99. When I said the shipment was supposed to be a sample, she said, "No, it was a full 30 day supply and then after the end of that 30 days I would have the option of deciding to continue my membership." What? It was supposed to be a sample. I explained to her I wanted to talk to my neurologist about it, and I don't see him for 2 more weeks. I haven't even taken the drug yet. She then tried three more times to sell me more of the drug at different prices and quantities. I ended by letting her know that even if I decided to use this drug, I would not be buying it from them. In the mean time, I am calling my bank, having the payment stopped and sending the unopened "trial" bottle back to them. Since their address is nowhere to be found in the ad or website, I had to go to the Revdex.com to get it. My original order was 10/11/2017; $6.99 for a sample; by my debit card.
I want my money returned and no further contact from this company. I've consuted my bank,if it can be taken care of through them, as they say it can, then so be it. I prefer it quickly, simply and final.

The company Complete CBD oil offered a free sample of CBD oil if the customer just paid the $5.00 shipping, which I did. I then noticed what looked like an invoice in my email from them stating they billed me 79.99. When I check with my credit card company, they had actually billed me 79.99 twice. I had never asked for or signed anything saying I wanted this sent to me on a regular basis nor did I agree on paying 79.99 for anything. I tried a bottle because my daughter has very bad Crohn's disease & I thought it might help the inflammation in her joints. I tried to call them and only get a busy signal. My daughter looked up info online and tons of people are complaining they were also scammed by this company. I have shut down my credit card and will find out soon if I have to pay this almost $160.00. I hope your organization can do something to stop innocent people from being taken advantage of from slime like this.thank youjane ***

Dear ***,
We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX from the Revdex.com regarding your account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on August 31, 2017.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $79.99 fourteen days from the date of your order processing for the product."
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.
When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $79.99 on September 14, 2017.
After reviewing your account it appears you have contacted your credit card company and initiated a chargeback for the full charge. Because of the chargeback, we cannot issue you a credit at this time because you would then end up getting a credit twice for those purchases. The outcome will be between you and your bank.
I am sorry I am not able to help more I hope you have a great day!
I ordered a trial version of CBD Complete Hemp Oil for $6.00. Yesterday I noticed another charge on my card of $79.99. I just called to complain and was told that the first charge was for shipping only. No where did I see this on their site. He, *** offered to give me a reduced 50% price for any future orders, but would not change this price. After talking with him and getting no where I told him just to cancel my order. He then wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. Not very happy. After we hung up I went to the site to try to find the clause about the shipping cost vs product cost. Any time I clicked on the "Order Here" button I kept getting directed to another site selling the same type product, but the prices on this site was $29.99 for the same quantity.
I believe this company is a scam and ripoff.
