[redacted], on 3/25/16. First and foremost, I want to ensure you that we take pride in what we do and only engage in ethical business practices. That is exactly how we conducted ourselves at the property that day. We were upfront with our findings, recommendations and prices for the requested services. Our services and pricing were approved by the customer via a time-stamped signature before any work began (see Signature To Proceed signed at 5:50pm in attachment). Near the end of the service we were asked to leave. When the customer was asked the reason, he was unclear and stated that it had nothing to do with us. Rather it was something to do with him.
