Excellent information and guidance to promote healthy living based on using as close to natural methods as possible. Medical health system methods should be used when needed as Dr B emphasizes. I have found the products to be of very good quality. Items can get damaged and I understand that. I have experienced good customer service over the last 10 years.
I just received my set of Nono organic aloha juice Today ..January 7th one of the bottles are broken when I opened the package. Not sure what to do.

Replacement or refund
I love watching the television show. I have learned a great deal about my own health conditions, as well as my families health. I am a huge fan of the Magnesium Gel and we all use it often. Our son plays sports in high school which requires a lot of running. The Magnesium Gel helps a lot with leg cramps and good sleep. I have given this to people who have problems with leg cramps and also who have insomnia. Through the show and products I've ordered, I've been able to gain control over my pre-diabetes, metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, non alcoholic fatty liver disease, and high blood pressure. I've lost 30 lbs. in the last 2 years and have kept it off. I focus on good nutrition and only allow an occasional sweet treat, I exercise most days. I've learned how to manage my stress and I love how they give all the credit for how they are helping people to God. They are very humble people,g and are definitely doing God's work by providing knowledge for people like me to stay healthy, so that I can do God's work. To God be the glory!
Shpt was in transit 6 days in high heat, which would have affected product quality so I refused delivery. Bio Innovations will not refund shipping.
I placed Order #XXXXXXX X/17/2019 for 2 bottles ashwagandha Item #BN65260 ($47.97) plus $9.95 shipping due to deliver 4/20. I paid $57.92 via debit card. The shipment was in transit for six days on hot trucks in the high heat between TX & MO that week, which likely would have affected the product quality, so I refused delivery 4/23. I called Bio Innovations Customer Service at XXX-XXX-XXXX this morning, explained all the above, and was told they would not refund shipping. I worked for a trucking firm for over 20 yrs and know that any contractual agreement for freight services would have included shipping stan dards and a process for Bio Innovations to submit a claim for refund of the shipping charges. I believe my delivery exception to their shipping standard should result in a refund of my shipping charges and not fall under their policy to not refund shipping. I asked to speak with someone in higher authority and was told I was speaking with a spvr and there was no one over her, nor would I be able to contact the Beckers. The supervisor's name is Crystal.

These Products and the Television Show has helped me out tremendously. I am a Type II Diabetic, and have been taking the Supplements that help me most for that Disease it's done a great job. By the way I have seen Bad Reviews about thing expiring and people wanting a Refund, that's an impossible request try that in a store after you have had the product at home for several months see how that works out for you.
I reported to Bio Innovations the receipt of a shipment with broken bottles. Then, UPS called and after locating the tracking number, they kept asking me irrelevant questions like, what type of box they shipped, single wall or double walled; were the bottles broken or shattered?, etc, etc. When I reported this hassle to Bio Innovations, they said that they will stop my auto-ship if I don't settle the UPS issue. As a customer, why should I be subjected to all this hassle after payment for the item has been promptly made?
Awesome company. Well researched product information. I ordered Noni juice, chlorella, and magnesium this last order. Magnesium has really helped me a lot with the aches and pains of life.
My mother spends $100's of dollars yearly, maybe more. She received a product that had gone bad. It was a juice or drink. When she called to get a replacement, they said it was not their policy to offer money back or replacements. She insisted that she had bought the juice before and knew how it should taste, but that the one she had just received was bad. They refused to refund her because it wasnt their policy. Then my mother threatened not to buy anything again. They asked her to wait a moment while they probably checked her history. When they saw how much she ordered, they finally agreed to send her a replacement. This is not a Christian company!
Thanks to Dr. *** my husband is alive today. I learned the warning signs of a heart attack while listening to his show. 3 years later I rushed my husband to the hospital where they said "Within an hour you would have been a widow." Dr. *** provides updated and relevant information and I can't thank him enough. He is an awesome doctor!
I have been using their supplements for about 2 yrs. Very nice and polite people when I spoke on the phone. I never had any problems with service or their supplements. Their supplements have made my life and my daughters life more healthy. We have more energy than we have ever had before. I and my daughter and my husband eat organic foods and we do not eat out anymore. We cook all our own meals and eat together. We have never been happier. God bless Dr. Becker and his family and staff.
This company is an excellent company and their product is researched and policies are adhered to. Their advertisement specifically says that on buy one get one free there are no refunds and not only is that said on their web page and TV show - but, they have always repeated that to me when my order is taking advantage of this offer. Great company
