Working directly with this company as a vendor, I can say they have the worst customer service of any company I have EVER come across. Bill, the main contact at the company who is obviously in position and related to the founders of the company, is absolutely the worst, rudest representative we have ever worked with. He does not care about the patient's receiving the garments who are in critical need of them. He is rude when asking anything about garment status, or simply ANY task that is under his position like it is an inconvenience for him to do his job. It was a question as to how this man still has a job with this company, but he is a relative of the higher up. Completely unbelievable how he treats others, especially in a line of work where people are in critical need of these garments medically, this man how 0 empathy and 0 care for his customer service. Please do not use BioConcepts; there are other companies that you can use with much better care and customer service for this industry. I cannot put into words how horrible this company is.
