Me and my fiance awoke this morning to find tbat $400.00 was taken from our account this morning. After checking our account online and contacting our bank we found it happened through Binance.com. We tried contacting customer service through phone and there number is disconnected. Also online and they disconnect our chat every time we tell them what happened. We have never even heard of this business let alone used them.
Thank you for escalating this issue to us. We are aware of the situation and will reach out to the cilent shortly through email. Once the issue is resolved, we will keep you posted.
