and I have been dealing with them for 5 years for car and business insurance.

I bought a new car for my growing family *(2014 ***)2nd Carmy first car the (2000 ***) was insured by *** for $119/month so I call my insurance broker for an estimate for both car to be insured they quoted me about 280$ which I agreed to so I waited for the new addition to the policy in the mail but then was mislead to believing I would be be paying around 280$ I check my mail and the monthly payment came to 444$ per month so I wasn't pleased I called them to cancel my *** then they mailed me back again with the new monthly amount which was 166$ that would have been the correct amount for both car to be insured, my intention was to keep them both on the road so my wife not knowing the car was deleted or any formal letter so she was pull over and both her I can summoned to court for no insurance and false insurance thats a 15000$ fine if found guilty. My understand of my insurance payments was for the end of the month that would cover the whole of next month.
A long formal letter that stated that i was covered for the rest of month that was paid for in advance.

I have reviewed the date and time stamped logs in our insurance brokerage management system and discussed the situation in detail with the broker servicing Mr 's policy. Unfortunately, we cannot provide Mr *** the resolution he is looking for (a letter stating he had insurance coverage in place for the month of August after August 8th) because insurance coverage was not in place. Our records show that Mr. called to remove the *** from his insurance on August 8th 2018. This policy change was processed immediately by his broker at that time. A record of this transaction was immediately mailed to Mr *** directly from Intact Insurance. On August 20th, Mr. called to inform us he was pulled over by the police and charged for driving without insurance.

Aug 8 Policy DEC.pdf - this is the copy of the policy change showing the removal of the *** effective August 8th that was mailed to Mr. on August 9th.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
*** also I did not get a explanation of why my insurance broker gave me a estimate quote over the phone ($280) which would have been the correct price for both and got in mail something totally different($444)a different of $159, My current payment for my Honda pilot is $166 and my previous car was only $119. I have been with your insurance company for about 3 years now I've paid every month of the year no problems until now; I can't let myself be treated like this so please help me!
