Review: I had a small roof put on my house a couple summers ago. I had to call bills roofing within a weeks time to come back and fix it, but the roof was not done right apparently, as it was pooling water in 2 spots and starting to leak when it would rain.Bill sent over his contractor who did a little bit of some type of repair, but it still has had problems with water pooling up in those same spots. This past winter the roof leaked and fell in. The roof supposedly had 30 year shingles put on it, but has never been right since day 1. And when you call bill about the problem he is very rude and unconcerned, and didnt care about fixing the problem, or doing quality work. Therefore I would rate him and his company an F, until this problem is possibly remedied.Desired Settlement: Refund or Repair.
