The employees that showed up to my residence were professional and courteous. They listened to my issues, resolved them, and provided additional guidance/tips for prevention that I could perform myself (since I was already spraying on my own). They did not pressure me to sign a contract or purchase unnecessary services. They were very helpful and I would recommend them.

The treatment professional was prompt and very courteous. Having a background in this field from the U.S. military, I was able to ask questions and easily judge the credibility of both this company and this particular applicator. He clearly explained what he was going to do, after he did a walk around inspection, and then he proceeded. He repeated the costs to me and what a contract all involved. I felt comfortable and confident with his work and he cleaned up after himself with exception of some items that had to be placed back after the treatment was dry. I did sign a contract with Bill's Termite and Pest Company and will pass on my thoughts to others in this and near by communities.
