I took two chainsaws over for repair. One of them he was able to get going right away. Then he surprised me by sharpening my chain at no additional charge. He told me that it's a part of every chainsaw service he does. I think that's pretty cool. He and his daughter are good people with an ornery sense of humor, and I like that. This was my first experience with this company, and I can say with assurance that I would recommend Bill's Lawnmower Repair to anyone.
