billing issues with ENT AND ALLERGY?

ENT AND ALLERGY : have you been getting calls about past due bills> WELL I can imagine your not so happy right! YOU CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID: I WILL transfer you? ...DONT WORRY...the agent has no clue what you are talking about. ent and allergy has a new billing system, the company they hired doesn't have the correct information...That is why patients are being rebilled. bottom line this company has no compassion for anyone. They are horrible people just stealing from insurance companies. You don't have to pay that bill because you probably never even seen one of the doctors there.
