I'm sorry I haven't been able to respond to this email I have been off and on from the business for the last couple of weeks, my most sincere apologies; regarding the matter of this transaction, I have well enough investigated this situation, when the customer picked up merchandise
it was well mantained and wrapped in bubble wrap which is impossible for the damages the cusotmer is claiming to have happened, when he open the merchandise he did mention having a scratch or scuffed almost unoticeable by anybody, even by the employee taking in the merchandise, when I checked the watch it did not have any of the damages the customer is claiming, therefore I am in a position of not complying and accepting his demandsif you have any questions or concerns please feel free to respond to this email or call me at *** Wednesday-saturdays only from 9:00am-7:00pm Thank You!!Manager*** ***Bill's Pawn and Jewelry W commerce St San Antonio , TX

I am rejecting this response because: First, the watch was not wrapped in bubble wrap, it was wrapped in kitchen plastic wrapSecond, if the person who took the watch initially didn't notice a scratch but the person who gave it back noticed it, obviously there was no scratches when I dropped the watch offLastly, an investigation consists of more than saying, "It's was wrapped in bubble wrap, so it's not our fault."
