We have responded to his calls a number of times and repeatedly told him there is no problem with the rubber roof we installed.We again returned to his home, August 5, and informed him it is not the roofThe problem appears to be his window seals are broken and his gutters are clogged The leak is running down his wall, and not coming from the roofWe would appreciate having this complaint removed.Thank you,
