We recently contacted Bill Shafer Plumbing for an emergency repair to an exterior spigot/water line break that was back flowing a flood of water into our kitchen area. The response time was amazingly fast - and the repair was complete from start to finish within an hour. They even patched the masonry wall that needed to be penetrated to fully reach the line break! We were extremely impressed with the level of customer service we received, and the charge was very reasonable for the work and materials needed to complete the job.
