I am the owner of Inclusion Dance in Appleton, WI. [redacted] did our dance pictures for the 2013/2014 dance season. Not only was he late to every meeting and did not provide information requested (such as pricing and other information for parents), I currently have three dance families that paid for pictures in May of 2014 that they have still not received (mid September, 2014). These families have contacted [redacted] MULTIPLE times, only to be told he is "busy and they will have their photos next week" or they have been completed ignored and received no response from him. We are getting ready to take legal action against him for breach of contract.

Review: I ordered prints of pictures at the end of May 2014. Payment was made via Paypal at the time of order. I still have not received the photos. I have made several email and phone contact attempts to call the owner/photographer. He has not ever returned any calls, and I received an email stating that I would receive my photos "next week". This was about 1 month ago. So I have paid for a product I DO NOT have. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like my product that I ordered and for there to be record on his business account regarding his bad business habits.
