Bill Combs Pool Repair

Bill Combs has been servicing all my pools and pool equipment for more than two years. We own a vacation rental business with many pools that are required to be perfect at all times. I have never worked with any pool service company that's more committed to making sure his customers needs are taken care of. He services everything from complex heating and spa problems, automation, new equipment installs, simple pipe leaks, pumps, filters and much more. I call him for everything involving my pools. He answers his own phone and is very responsive (something I did not experience with other service companies) prior to meeting Bill Combs Pool Service. He often makes himself available for same day service when it's required by one of our guests. I won't use anyone else!!!!

First off I just want to say look no further once you have found Bill as your pool repair man. He has gone above and beyond for us. Im new to owning a pool and Bill has showed me how to care for my pool. We also had a problem with our pool heater, and the pool heater is over 20 years old, Bill could of easily had us get a new one but he searched high and low for the parts to fix our heater, which saved us a lot of money. Now we are using our hot tub and loving every minute of it. I cant recommend Bill enough! I hope this helps for anyone who's looking for pool repair man. Thanks again Bill!

After 5 years and 4 different pool guys, we still had a spa and valve issue. We called [redacted], he was very reassuring and we already had confidence the issue would be resolved, when he came to our house 2 days later. About 10 minutes of troubleshooting, he new what the issue was and we had it fixed the same day. His communication between him and us/customer was outstanding and well informed. He gave us options, and we felt he is trustworthy & not after our money. Will definitely recommend & use him in the future.

I live out of state and I rely on honest people to perform services for me. Bill answers his phone, and even texts! He is prompt,always diagnoses the problems correctly and is EXTREMELY reasonable. My pool motor stopped working. I found Bill Combs Pool Repair on Yelp and called. He returned my call a few hours later. We made an appointment. He arrived for the appointment on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair in just minutes at a great price. I then contracted him to acid wash our pool. Again he arrive on time and completed the entire job as agreed upon on time at a very reasonable rate. Bill Combs is a true professional, very courteous, prompt, thorough, honest and reasonably price. I recommend him highly.

Excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable. I tried 2 other pool repair companies, neither of which could complete the job. One of the companies recommended [redacted] and I am glad they did. His prices were reasonably and the quality of service was outstanding.
