I am rejecting this response because:I have not received a title for the vehicle. The lien release from *** *** *** releases their lien to Ashur Motors not to me. The paperwork for the repairs could have been drafted by anyone, doesn't prove anything. I've been told by the dealer that he has receipts for the parts and the work, specifically for this vehicle, but has not produced a copy of anything. I need a cleanly transferred title and proof of repairs
Business states that they have contacted the customer directlyConsumer has been providing service invoices and business has arranged payment plan for full reimbursement
Hi,I sent *** the invoice of the work we have done on the car based on his request. I also sent him the title with all the attached documents, completed with buyer info, seller info, and the lien holder info.He is having issue with the DMV in NV for they are asking for a lien release from the
previous owner which is *** ***.I am working with nextgear to get a letter for him
I am rejecting this response because: As I previously stated in my complaint, I have had to spend over $7,to fix my vehicle in the short amount of time I have owned itSince I am already having to replace components that were previously fixed by Ashur Motors, I have no desire to have them touch my car againThey use used parts, and half of the time would forget to do somethingThat is how I ended up without a working driver's side window for months and a trip to their shop every other week.I will need financial compensation so it can go towards the $7,I have currently spent to get this car operableI am happy to provide receipts if desired
Business Stated: All documentation was sent to consumer on December 11, 2017. This matter is now resolved.
Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for informing me about [redacted]'s concern. As she mentioned her car had a one year warranty on the services that were performed on the time she purchased it. When she informed me about the problem I asked her to leave the car with us and I would have the mechanic shop that did...
the work fix all the problems. She requested a loaner car that I did not have at that time, and I couldn't offer her the service. My offer still stands, I will need her car for 5 days and I will address all her concerns. Please let me know if she would like to move forward with this.cheers,
