In regards to the complaint filed below.The client accepted the terms and conditions of our billing systemThe program was highly successful and generated leadsDue to our services being fully rendered a refund would not typically be warrented.We spoke to the client and he explained his situation and together it was decided that we would end our relationship but like to maintain a civil business relationshipTherefore we offered a one time reimbursementThe client was satisfiedThe client has emailed the Revdex.com stating that this issue has been resolved

We've had a similar experience as the previous reviewer stated They will entice you with $offers but still charge your credit card after you instruct them to cancel your account I have the email where they acknowledged my request to cancel But when contacted about the charge, they made statements and refused to credit our accountIn a follow up email, they blamed us for the situationI have just filed a dispute with our credit card company regarding the most recent chargeAlso, during the trial period, they never fully provided the services that they originally promisedI cannot believe that people act with such a lack of integrity
