Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a written copy of the warranty I did not plug the battery charger into an extension cord I did not receive the battery care instructionspiece of paper until April I had trouble with the cart from time of delivery, as the receipts I gave 'BigMike' indicated I also provided pictures of the interior of the battery showing modified wiring and blackened portions of inside of the battery case indicating overheating At the end of my last visit with 'Big Mike' he indicated he would discuss reimbursement with 'corporate headquarters ', but I did not hear further from him.Sincerely, [redacted]
