I read the other reviews of this company and do not find it surprising that one or two people are so negativeThese reviews seem to involve YoVille/YoWorld which used to belong to ***Before Big Viking Games bought us back the game was allowed to deteriorate and many players were making real world money off of it at the expense of the owners and/or other players [redacted] did not stop this activity, but Big Vikings has completely secured the gameOf course those who had exploited it before are now very unhappy Since the take over, playing the game is a much better experienceMany of us fought long and hard to keep YoWorld alive because it is so unique in social gamingIf there is any fault in this company it is that they care enough to become so involved with their customers that their human side, not just their business side, shows through Speaking as one of the "cash cows" I am both pleased and frustrated that I do not get all the themes and items I wantTheir decisions are based on good business practices, and my taste does not usually represent the majoritySo while I do not get everything I want I know this makes the future of YoWorld more secure One final thoughtI find it interesting that people can become so passionate about a free gameIt is entirely possible to play YoWorld for years and never pay a dimeOf course if all of us did that, the game would soon be gone

There's nothing bad about this game....They're constantly trying to make the players happy and I couldn't be happier! BVG is awesome and it's sad to hear some people are giving them terrible reviews just because they may have broke the terms of service rules and got banned from BVGI've paid my moneys worth and don't regret a dollarI am a Happy BVG customer- ***

This business is run very poorly from the management down On one hand they act like a bunch of frat and sorority people joking around and drinking On the other hand they moderate the game like all the players are school age children *** Not very responsible or professional Besides that, all of their games have so many bugs and performance issues they are pretty much unplayable so they obviously have very little experience in this place Time to go back to the drawing board

I understand why they have an F rating. Big Viking Games is a [redacted] freemium game developer known for delivering social network games of very poor performance and having terrible customer service unless you are one of their current cash cow freemium addicts they feed off of. In most cases they are very arrogant in dealing with customers being a newer company that puts themselves above the customer in some [redacted] elitist fashion like they do not understand the reality of the situation; the customer pays the bills. They are very much self promoting but fail to deliver on most levels as their management and development seems very inexperienced from the top down. Their delivery is so bad it is almost comical when they do things like titling their terrible customer service agent as Happiness Engineers. Believe me, they do not engineer one bit of happiness to the majority of the frustrated customers. I guess in the reality of the situation someone at the top realizes they are a faddish bubble industry that will not last in the long run so they invest as little as possible internally to maximize their short term profits to fund other upcoming projects while they bleed the current ones dry. Warm and fuzzy yet?

Since the take over, playing the game is a much better experience. Many of us fought long and hard to keep YoWorld alive because it is so unique in social gaming. If there is any fault in this company it is that they care enough to become so involved with their customers that their human side, not just their business side, shows through.
Speaking as one of the "cash cows" I am both pleased and frustrated that I do not get all the themes and items I want. Their decisions are based on good business practices, and my taste does not usually represent the majority. So while I do not get everything I want I know this makes the future of YoWorld more secure.
One final thought. I find it interesting that people can become so passionate about a free game. It is entirely possible to play YoWorld for years and never pay a dime. Of course if all of us did that, the game would soon be gone.

Please be careful with Big Viking games. Specifically their game "Fish World" They are just horrible people! They have a slots game on their site that is no where near fair! [redacted] and there is no way of winning anything! [redacted]! I have had technical problems from their end and they won't do anything to fix it! I have put at least $5,000 into this game! When I complain about the game not being fair or their tech issues, They call me a [redacted] and [redacted] me! Then they tell you to bet higher in slots and you will have a better chance of winning! That is just another way to get your money because we all know that don't work! Their prices are ridiculously high for game play ! They treat their customers like [redacted] This is unacceptable!
