They do not Crash wrap cars, they do not feel as though they are responsible for ANY damages done to the car for the back window being smashed. They stated it does go to insurance and they are NOT responsible for any water damages but also could not present documents to show this was true. When attempting to record the conversation she said no & stated it’s for security purposes. Melissa is who we worked with, she was very unprofessional and the gentleman working over night was nice BUT he had someone on speaker phone that stated “she can come when that bh comes.” - this place is HORRIBLE. Does not deserve any business.
