Big Time

I visited Big Time Clothing on 11/05/19 seen a shirt that I liked but they did not have it in my size 2x. the customer assistant indicated she could have the size shipped in and recommended that I get a 3x because the shirt ran small. The cost for the shirt before taxes was $109.99 which is quite expensive so I felt for sure this would be a good purchase. I picked up the shirt on 12/03/19 and the total with tax was $120.44. When I tried the shirt on which was for a photo shoot...it did not fit in the collar which was important for a head shot. Very dissapponted I had to select a different outfit for the shoot. I returned the shirt on 01/05/2020 and at first was told I would have to purchase items from the store with the credit. After quite some time and selecting a few items the customer assistant told me she spoke with her manager and they would not accept the too small shirt back or give me credit. She told me the manager wanted me to come back and speak with them. I am disabled and 65 years old ...it takes a lot for me to get around. I am beyond flabbergasted the this store would not take this $120 dollar shirt which is of not use to me. While I browed through their inventory I found a sweater that was a 5x but I could tell that it would fit me. the sizes in this store is all mixed up because they are not make in America. I not was a full cash refund and will do no more business at this location.
