Review: I contacted Mr [redacted] due to a water leak from the roof into a room of my home. The inside and the roof were inspected by Mr [redacted].On 9/7/11 I signed a contract to have the recommended wall flashing installed on the roof of a rear addition of my home by Mr [redacted]. I contacted Mr [redacted] several times by voicemail in April 2013to report the leak had returned. He returned on 4/24/13 to add some caulking to the flashing. On 5/23/13 it began raining in the room again and Mr [redacted] was contacted. He promised to come by but, never did. He reported not understanding how water could get in under two layers of shingles. I again contacted Mr [redacted] in September regarding this leak. At this time he reported that he was no longer in this business and unable to work on my roof as he was working on the road out of town. He agreed to ask his friend [redacted] to come by to address the leak.Desired Settlement: I paid to have a roof leak repaired. I still need the roof leak repaired.
