Big Sky Water Heaters

After coming home to find my water heater wasn't functioning properly and I wasn't quite sure what the problem was, I knew I needed to call someone who had experience with water heater repair and maintenance. I decided to give Big Sky Water Heaters a call and I can't believe how fast they were! In under an hour of when I called, they had one of their technicians, Barry, who was able to get my water heater back in working condition, no problem. I was so surprised and highly satisfied with their timeliness, professionalism, affordability, and expertise. Barry went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience, answered all of my questions, concerns and even gave me a few tips and tricks to try should I encounter similar problems in the future. After having such a pleasant experience with Big Sky Water Heaters, I won't go anywhere else for my water heater needs. They are the best and work hard so customers don't have to! I highly recommend them!

The pilot light on my hot water heater went out last Friday. I followed the steps on the side of the water heater to relight it but was unsuccessful. So on Saturday I went to home depot and purchased a replacement part and did my best to repair it on my own but had no luck. Being stuck at home due to Covid-19 I needed hot water and decided to call a professional. I called Big Sky Water Heaters in Sunday morning and spoke to Barry. He heard me out and and we schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon. Barry showed up on time, and was very respectful of space. He also was wearing a mask which made me feel comfortable. He walked me thru a few issues from the original install, like the drip pan being to small for the size of the tank and not being connected to drain line. Due to the age of the water heater being 14 years old I elected to have him replace it rather than spend money on a repair that couldn't be guaranteed. Very happy with the overall procedure and look forward to not having any more water heater issues.
