Review: This company came on posted property between 2am and 3am to repo my car. They did not knock on my door or call, my five month old daughters stuff is still in the car. I feel as if they stole my car. I feel that they should have given me a chance to avoid the repo as I was not behind on any payments.Desired Settlement: I want them to return my car and not charge any fees.

This is in response to the complaint filed against Abby Recovery Agency INC. [redacted] vehicle was legally repossessed for [redacted] on 7/13/14 at 2:30 AM, Uniontown state PD was notified Trooper [redacted]. In response to customers statement, we do not have knock on the door of the debtor, her vehicle wasn't stolen, and she was delinquent on payments since 4/9/14 ( see attached papers ). She came in to our facility to claim her personal belonging on 7/22/14 and signed our paperwork ( see attached papers ). She made no efforts on her parts to contact [redacted] to make any payments to get the vehicle back. Therefore this complaint against us was unnecessary.
