Do nor do business with this company. When I made the reservation they claimed to be one company name. When they called to confirm the appointment they told me they were quick stop moving. After explaining this to the person who called me, she said there was nothing she could do without the persons name, which I couldn't remember. I told her to keep the reservation and I would call her back if I didn't want to keep the reservation. I was scheduled today for 1 pm for 3 men and a truck for 3 hours. At 1:30, I called to get an ETA. I left a message, and no one called back. I called again and the same lady who confirmed answered and told me she canceled my appointment. So this company is ok with giving fake names, and canceling appointments without any notification. On top of that, she was extremely rude and said she canceled the appointment because I wanted to research her company. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
