The estimate was accepted and the driveway sealed that same day. I myself did the estimate and explained that the driveway needed to be sealed and all MAJOR cracks to be filled. I explained that even though her driveway had lots of "hairline cracks" that those cracks are ones that can't be filled. Price for filling cracks are 1.00 a linear foot. Once the job was completed, after I had left I received a call form the plaintiff here saying she wasn't happy as cracks are still visible. I again explained that those "visible" cracks are not fillable. I told her that the ones we could fill are filled and its what she paid for. Believe me, at 1.00 a linear foot I would have loved to fill them all but its not the right thing to do as those cracks were still not bad enough to accept filler application.I offered to go back and go over this with her however she refused and told me that she was going to instead call the police and accused me of "scamming". She did follow through and I had the Lancaster MA police call me and advise me to just not go back as she alleged that I even threatened her and there for I was asked to stay away. I was also asked to not contact her. I have all this information on my phone as I recorded it. After she told the police to not allow me back on her property, she left me numerous messages asking that I call her and go see her. I didn't acknowledge any of those calls per order of the Lancaster police dept not because I didn't want to. My reputation is worth far more than the 200+ dollars that I collected from the job.
