Big Jerrys Fencing

I had a semi private double gate installed in September 2019. Began to have gate issues in February 2020 after a windstorm. Wind tried to pushed gate open and damaged the lock. Gate will not open. I took it for granted and let it go. Now April 2020 I called *** and asked if they could fix because it's becoming an issue with getting in ands out the gate. She says it will be $150 and it's not covered because it's not poor workmanship. I stopped there . Now I have an issue with the entire gate falling away completely. I called *** and asked if they can take a look, she refused to see pics and says it's the winds fault. Did not want to see pictures. The gate was put together with nails and 2 short screws . She argued with me that there was nothing she could do. Clearly it's poor workmanshipship I had this installed to protect my aggressive dogs from getting out. If I tug on the gate, it will fall. I paid roughly $3000 for this fence and gate. This company was found through ***. They do no stand behind their work.
