Customer service is not dead! Todd A showed up on time to quote, and he and his crew showed up on time to start the job. I'm a quality engineer, it's very difficult for anyone to work for me as my attention to detail is overwhelming to most. Not to Todd's crew! If I asked for a spot to be touched again, they didn't hesitate or complain. It was so refreshing to find a group willing to go above and beyond for their customer!!
