Big Fitness

I cancelled an order on 1/6/20 and have not yet been issued a refund.

On 7/6/17 I placed an order for a *** PGM200X Glute MAX directly from Big Fitness's website. The website offers a 31-day return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. I received the equipment on 7/12/17. Several parts were missing so I called Big Fitness and spoke with ***. I told him that I was not happy with my purchase due to the missing parts and wanted to return the equipment. *** told me that he was going to contact ***, the manufacturer of the *** equipment, to get a return label and would call me back. I also went on Big Fitness website and filled out an online RMA form. *** replied immediately via email telling me that he was waiting for a response from *** and asked me to give him a day. Since I did not hear back from him, on 7/14/17 I sent him an email requesting an update. I have called him everyday since and he now conveniently does not answer my calls nor my emails. I have left him a voicemail each time that I have called. I have also followed up with another email on 7/17/17 to no avail. I called him again today (7/18/17) to let him know that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.
