Big Fish Pros

I booked two charters with this company and paid $1100.00 in advance. I was diagnosed with ALS one month ago and had to cancel the charters as I no longer have arm or leg strength, am now mobily impaired and can no longer fish. I sent several emails, voicemails to the company requesting compassion in defunding my $1100.00 and still have not received a response from them. My tour was scheduled for May 1-8th 2020.
