Our side of the story customer called complaint that car was overheating told [redacted] that he was having car towed in he then drove the car to the shop and had spoke to [redacted] and told her he thought the radiator cap was broke that he thought that may have been the problem well he was rite it was broke but after diagnosis the temperature sending unit wasn’t working properly to turn the electric fans on so we replaced that as well and changed thermostat cause with a lot of heat sometimes the thermostat will warp and not work properly so rather than take a chance it was changed as well did a compression leak test witch checks level of combustion between combustion chamber and cooling system witch tested negative at the time drove car for about a hour in different situations which was through town highway and different stop and go car did not seem to have any situations witch then we called customer and told them the vehicle was ready to pick up and we told them if any other problems to contact us this vehicle was purchased off [redacted] and we do their work and if the head gasket needed replace he would of took care of the problem Mrshannon and us at bigdawgs stand behind what we do

Review: I paid them to fix a part on my car and they not only didn't fix the problem but they caused more by putting the wrong parts on the car and not fixing the initial problemDesired Settlement: I would like a refund and for them to replace the other damages involved, caused by them not properly fixing the problem.
