This customer is simply making a pricing dispute We did honor factory parts warranty and that credit is reflected on her signed invoice Each contractor is free to set their own pricing We do not honor anyone else's pricing Price shopping must be done prior to entering into a contract This customer also had burned up wiring harness that can be clearly seen in the attached picture There is no way the other person who gave her a lower price was even aware of the extent of the repair we made on her unit
