Big Case and Son's

I do not recommend Big case and son's. I hired them to work on my car. They showed up over 4 hours late to the first appointment. We had a second appointment set up that they no showed on. They never called me to reschedule. They ignored my phone calls. After 1 week I made contact with them. They finally showed up for the second appointment, worked for 30 minutes, took my parts and left with a third appointment scheduled. Again they no showed. They never reached out to me to reschedule. They still had my car parts. They would not return any of my phone calls or text messages. The son in fact blocked my number from his phone. This is not sound business. This started to feel pretty sketchy, like they were ripping me off for my car parts.THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE NOR HONEST AS THEY WEBSITE STATES. They charge $0.50 per mile for travel, which I thought was fair. I paid them $25 for mileage, equals to 50 miles. I found out they live 12 miles from me. Big Case ripped me off. Do not call Big Case nor his son!
