I am the owner of a house at *** which currently is for sale.
At 12:30 pm on Sunday 26JUL20 an agent from Big Block Realty North, Sacramento, showed my home, after having signed a Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration Visitor Form (C.A.R. Form PEAD-V).
The agent blatantly disregarded the terms of this declaration by (1) allowing three people into the house at the same time, (2) not ensuring that people wore a face covering (2 of 3 did not wear a mask, and 1 of 3 removed the mask before the inspection was completed), and (3) permitting people to touch multiple surfaces (with un-gloved hands).
This blatant and selfish disregard for the conditions outlined in the agreement that you signed placed the health of my family at risk during a global pandemic.
To Whom It May Concern, This email will serve to withdraw the complaint (ID ***) that I made on 28JUL20. The company concerned (Big Block Realty North, Sacramento) has issued an apology to me, and the matter is now closed.
