Big Barker

I received two big barker beds in May of 2017. I was sent a L and XL orthopedic beds for my dogs. I purchased cordura covers for each bed. I was also sent a crate pad with a similar covering on it. I was told at the time that the cordura cover would protect the beds from moisture and would also make them more durable. At the beginning of this year, I Noticed that the orthopedic beds were growing mold on the actual mattresses. In May of 2019, I had to sit the beds out at the curb to be collected for removal for the well being of my family (human and dogs) because I did not want them breathing in the mold. I contacted Big Barker and took them from May to September to send two of the three replacements. They sent me a new crate pad and a new L bed with a grey cover and a waterproof covering as well. There have been no less than 40 correspondences on Big Barker's Facebook page since May. I was finally able to receive the first two products. I am still waiting on my XL Bed with grey cover and waterproof lining. I have messaged the company but no response. These beds have a ten year warranty which I am well within.
