Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I received the refund which is all that mattersBut I was the one who keep calling for refundI did not tell you I am working in [redacted] , that is a big LieI went to pick up check on and I was told there was no check.Don't lie to clear your name, you could simple apologize for the inconvenience because it was all on you and your agent part Sincerely, [redacted]

which was explained to her prior to signing, that the registration fee of $is nonrefundable She was informed that a check in the amount of $would be available as refund at which time she agreed with the specified amount and was pleasant in her tonePosted signs clearly states that refunds are issued in the form of a company check within two weeks after it is requestedThe check was available at which time she was contacted by one of our agents *** *** informed the agent that she worked in *** and would not be able to pick up the check until 5/**/15/, which she did not She was contacted on 5/**/at which time arrangement were again made to pick the check up on 6/*/after 5pm It was very strange to receive a complaint from her through the Revdex.com, as we were in contact with her throughout the transaction, and there were no issues or discontent between our agent and *** ***This is very unfortunate because we have been around for a long time ( years) and there were never any complaints or dissatisfactions from the thousands of clients we have served We will furnish a copy of the check and request form to you, with *** ***’s signature as soon as she comes in to pick up her refund checkWe are hoping that this matter will be resolved as soon as possible. We
are a NYS Education approved school and
there are student requirements that
must be adhered toThere were a few classes that need to be made up along with
a missing required document before we could issue a certificate of completion
Ms*** did make up the class & did submit the missing document and her
certificate was issued
She was an excellent student and we are very happy that we were able to resolve
this issue

Review: On April **,2015 I registered with Big Apple for the [redacted] class where I paid $240 ($40 for registration fee, $40 for book and $160 in advance for class starting in April **). After I got home, I called Big Apple on the same day April ** and cancel the class explaining I was not interested anymore and would like to be refunded. I spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] she explain that I would only be refunded for the advance payment of $160 which is also as stated on contract. I wanted to be refunded the same day but [redacted] stated that the payment was already process in system and would need to request refund and I could not get refund on April **. She stated once check is ready she would call and let me know when I can pick check up. It's been more than 5 weeks and I still have not gotten my refund. I have called numerous time for refund and still there is no check. I was told by [redacted] that the headquarter had a family member passed and had put an hold on refund checks. I don't see why that affects me from getting my refund as business goes on regardless. She mentioned she would call and speak to headquarter and check should reach by May ** and I would be able to pick up on Friday May ** or Saturday **. On May ** I called I was told there was no check for me, on May ** same response. I called on Monday May ** and spoke with [redacted], he stated there was no check and he would follow up and call me the following day May **, to date I have not gotten a call or my refund of $160.00.Desired Settlement: To be refunded Wednesday May **,2015.

Posted signs clearly states that refunds are issued in the form of a company check within two weeks after it is requested. The check was available at which time she was contacted by one of our agents . [redacted] informed the agent that she worked in [redacted] and would not be able to pick up the check until 5/**/15/, which she did not. She was contacted on 5/**/15 at which time arrangement were again made to pick the check up on 6/*/15 after 5pm. It was very strange to receive a complaint from her through the Revdex.com, as we were in contact with her throughout the transaction, and there were no issues or discontent between our agent and [redacted]. This is very unfortunate because we have been around for a long time ( 20 years) and there were never any complaints or dissatisfactions from the thousands of clients we have served.
